Subscriber tags

Group subscribers with simple tags sent from your form or added in the dashboard — normalised, merged on re-subscribe, and included in exports.

Know where each subscriber came from or what they care about, without a separate list per form.

How it works

  • Send optional tags with a signup, such as vip or press.
  • Tags are normalised to lowercase slugs (up to 32 characters, 20 per subscriber).
  • On re-subscribe, new tags are merged with existing ones.
  • Add or remove tags in the dashboard; they are included in every export.
